The KARABINA Academy was formalised in 2011 in response to many requests from customers for additional training and mentoring by our senior consultants. The courses are all presented by senior consultants with many years of practical experience in the field. Classes remain small so that personal, quality interaction and hands-on delivery of material is achieved. Attendees are taught a relevant set of skills that they can apply immediately in their areas of work and expertise.
The courses currently available include BI using Excel 2010, BI Best Practice, Dimensional Modelling, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Advanced MDX, SharePoint 2010 Introduction, TimeXtender, Introduction to T-SQL and SSIS.
The courses will run on a regular basis and address the need for quality experienced based training – especially in the Business Intelligence space where the skills shortage in South Africa remains a concern.
